The School Day

Main School 

School starts at 8:35 am.

Children will be admitted to classrooms to complete ‘Early Morning Work’; this will be a revisiting of key skills. In Reception, parents are warmly invited to stay and support their child in this work.

Registration is at 8:45am.

Please make every effort to ensure that your child is in school on time.  Lateness not only affects your child’s education, but also the rest of the class.

If your child is ill it is important that you contact the School Office before 8:45am by telephoning the school office on 01865 415800 where there is a 24 hour answerphone for absence reporting. You can also report your child absent via a google form located on this website.

We cannot accept text messages, e-mail or messages via other parents.

Breaktime

In KS1 and KS2 children have a morning break between 10:45-11:00. This includes access to a healthy snack.

Lunchtime

Lunchtime for KS1/2 is between 12:00 - 13:00. 

Lunchtime for EYFS is between 11:45-12:45.

The end of the school day is at 15:15.
